蕙志《十大愿王11》心得报告

After watching the twelve video teaching by Venerable, I find that my usual habit of procrastinate and the lazy to change. I always think a lot or give myself many excuses not to change. Lately, I haven't been doing well in my career but i don't want to change because i'm afraid of this and that. After listening to Venerable that I don't think too much but just do what is right.  One of the action I do is I finally have the courage to change my job and currently happy with my new company. I will continue practice base on Venerable teaching on the Buddha and I will continue to practice Dharma teachings especially 108 bows on daily.

蕙志《十大愿王13》心得报告


After watching the thirteen video teaching by Venerable, I learned more on how to take action by practicing Dharma in everyday life and also using Pusien Ten Great Vows chanting to have good mindset.  I find that I didn’t focus enough in learning the Dharma teaching or Pusien Ten Great Vows.  Every time I learn it and I always forget it especially the Ten Great Vows.  I never take action to remember and practice it.  For example for the repentance by doing the 108 bows, I didn’t do it every day and after 7 months I still unable to finish every day the 108 bows. I should take action and continue it every day from now on even with the 30 bows a day and I should not give up. I should practice it and do not complaint my knee pain or no time to do it. I should have positive mindset and belief this will help my life and repent to ease my karma in order to be a better person.  Another action I should take on the daily basis is the listen to Pusien Ten Great Vows and listen to it or chanting it every day.  I should take it as the mantra chanting and that will help me to have clam and relax mind.  This will also help to create my positive mindset and have the big love from my heart.  I should never give up in the mantra chanting such as other mantra “Om Ara Paza Nadi” and “Om Pama Pami Hum”  on the daily basis.

My last thing to do is to take my own action and never judge other people things.  I should have faith in my family, my friend or the people I belief and should encourage them to have better life and happy always.

More bowing is necessary!

蕙志《十大愿王14》心得报告


After watching the fourteenth video teaching by Venerable, I’ve learn that the six & seven great vows is really benefits for the people who practice and follow the teaching cos we all are the living Buddha.  Personally I’ve benefit from the tea session to learn the Ten Great Vows and practicing it on my daily life.

I’ve practices on the daily basis especially the 108 bows that really help me to bring down my ego, angry and also to repent for my bad karma. Its also help me to be a patient person and good listening skill. I will continue practice the 108 bows on my daily routine.

Keep the practice. Only try, try...try!

蕙志《十大愿王10》心得报告


After watching the tenth video teaching by Venerable, I’ve tone down my temper with my family. I’m able to tell myself to listen to my children's explanation and try to not scolding them. I bond better with them and they also like to talk to me compare to before.  Before jumping to conclusions that my children have purposely go against me, I’m now able to accept their explanations.  I try to remember to Venerable teaching to listen before nagging.

This will also help me in my work and how I’m interact with my sales team especially if the team didn’t meet the sales target. I will listen to the team explanations and will not jump to the conclusion that the team is not good.  I will help and guide them to do the work and that it will also help them to be great sales person and also our company sales team. If they success, I will success too.

蕙志《十大愿王12》心得报告


After watching the twelve video teaching by Venerable, I learned more on how to handle my emotion when dealing with my family and working subordinate. I learn that in the family, I should not talk with them with the negative reasoning fact and should not have high expectation on my children study or sport game activities. I should give more encouragement and support for children. For example, my daughter has made mistake in her golf game, I should not scold her for not playing well in the game. I should encourage and coach her to be practice more and improve the golf technique for her next golf game. I should show to her that the golf game is just a game for fun and she should enjoy it.  I should let her learn that is fine with the mistake and she should learn from the mistake.  She should enjoy the game and learning new things every time she plays any sport game. On the other hand with my subordinate, I should do more encouragement and guideline for their work. I should show good working example. I should not be too perfection and is very hard for the team to follow me. I should not set too high expectation for them and I should set realistic achievable goals or target for them to meet the target. I should encourage teamwork and giving them confident in the work to bring more business to the company. This will help the subordinate morale and also, they will feel be part of the team in the company.

Finally, I should have let go the high expectation and negative thought in myself and should not think too much for anything I do in my life. I should do it with my open heart and with love and compassionate in whatever I do with my family, my subordinate and my friend.

Try to change "I should" to "I start doing...", you may see the difference.

蕙志《十大愿王09》心得报告


After watching the ninth video teaching by Venerable, I learned more on how to repent and gain good merit.  In my day to day life, I’ve face many stress and problems in my job and family. By learning Dharma and practice Dharma will help me in my daily life. Many people in my pass and current caused me so much problem and headache that make me dislike and hate him or her.  I find that in order to solve these problems, I require to repent with sincere heart.  I must repent by doing 108 bows to any problems or doubts or the people you don’t like or hate. The108 bows will help me to repent by forgiving the person and also put down all the negative thinking in my mind. I should take repent on daily basis and this 108 bows will help me to reduce my karma.  

On the doing the good merit (Kong Ter), I should do good things willingly by helping people without reservation and happy. I must be able to contribute my time and love to my family member especially my parent, spouse and children. I should not complaint on jobs and not happy with my day to day work. I should help my colleague or subordinate to solve their problem and work as team work to contribute the success to the company.

I should also learn to change my negative thinking, where every time I’ve negative thinking, I will require to repent by acknowledge my negative thinking points and do the 108 bows. I should continue learning Buddhist teaching by attending more Dharma talk, reading Dharma book and chanting Buddhist mantra.   

Please put down “I should…” and start to bow.

蕙志《十大愿王08》心得报告


After watching the eighth video teaching by Venerable, I learned that any person who learn the Dharma teaching or Pusien teaching is require to spend time to progressively learn in stages from basic to advance level.  We can learn from the basic knowledge of Dharma teaching and understand it will take time or it may time years to understand it. After you understand and have the knowledge, you will require to practice it. This will take time to cultivate the Dharma teaching and will bring value to your life. I find that it is a waste for us to rust learning everything in Dharma and we didn’t practice it properly or follow it.  For me, I should from today onward, I will focus to learn the Dharma in stages and I will practices it in my full heart and try to have full understanding of the Dharma. I will practice and cultivation the Dharma values for my daily life in my family, job and my personal improvement.One of the area for example is to learn the Zen Meditation, I should learn the basic of Zen mediation and also practice it on the daily meditation. I should also practice the relaxation and also exercise to cultivate the Dan Tien or lower chakra energy.  Put all your stress and the emotion problem away by moving it to my Dan Tien.  Also in my day to day practice on 108 bow, I should continue on until and can complete the 108 in a days. I can break it into stage and don’t stop at 30 bows. I can do 4 times a days with 30 bows to make it 108 bows. If my physical body is not ready, I should strength the exercise by walking for strength my leg & knee. By doing this I will improve and will do more bow in my day to day practices. The practice of 108 bow is not about exercise but also to teach you to repellent and tolerance in your day to day life. After you learn all this, you will move to next level for your inner peace and continue to learn next level of Dharma or Pusien ten great vows practice.

蕙志《十大愿王07》心得报告


After watching the seventh video teaching by Venerable, I learned that when you do the prayer and the offering to Buddha, you should do it with the pure Buddha heart and clear mind.  I can practice it every day when I pray to my Guan Yin Pusa with my full Buddhist heart and my kind offering. From the sixth video also share the offering and any of our preparation with full heart to Buddha or any other Gods.  With the seventh video, I’m clearer with the knowledge share by Venerable and will continue do my daily prayer to Guan Yin and Buddha. I will practice is every day. For the second portion on the Buddha picture with many faces, hands and lotus sitting.  I can understand the power of the Buddha and also can see the picture act as the protection given by the Buddha to protect and bless us.  Even now I don’t have this picture, I can relate this picture to my house Guan Yin which I pray daily for the protection and blessing.  If I face any challenge in my day to day work, I can pray to Guan Yin for the smoothness of my work and complete my work successful with no problem and difficulty. I will continue pray to Guan Yin Pusa even though I don’t have problem or difficulty which it will become my daily prayer routines follow the Dharma teaching & offering and pray with my clear mind & heart.

Instead we pray for smoothess, we do 108 bows to repent for our karma in this teaching.

蕙志《十大愿王06》心得报告


After watching the sixth video teaching by Venerable, I learned that when we do think we should put all our heart to do the best for it. My day to day prayer, I should give my full heart and seek the Buddha to bless for mankind and better world for us to live.  We you make offering to Buddha or Guan Yin, you should get the best offering or best fruit to offer to them.  I will not too choosy and didn’t put my heart to it.  This will also apply to my family and working live. I should do things or work with my full heart and I should make full effort to do the best for my job. For my family, I should take good care for my children and follow up closely with my children education or their sport. I should have close bonding with my children. I should together with my wife to bring up our family and give the best for our family with love, care and financial support. As for the work, I should do it professional in my line of job and do my best for the IT service rendered to my customer.  I will make sure the company is profitable and all my staff will benefit to get better salary and bonus. If I have extra income, I should do more charity or contributor to the poor or help the needed who require my support.

蕙志《十大愿王05》心得报告


After watching the fifth video teaching by Venerable, I learned that we as Dharma practitioner should avoid doing the bad things or take advantage on people or your friend.  For example, I should stop asking discount or barging for the cheaper price especially when I buying things from the retail shop or in the market.  Another area I should do is to not take advantage on the weaker person or any business that not fair to them. I should act fair to people or staff working with me.  For my family, I should take good care of my family especially my children by providing them good education, food and the support their day to day live. The most important is to change my behavior toward other people which I will add fair and will not take advantage of other for my own benefit. I will help people willingly without any reservation and with compassionate heart. I should cultivate for good merit and this will reduce bad karma.  By helping people with your sincere or compassionate heart, it will help you in your Dharma practice and help you to change your attitude toward any people. You will be a living Buddha or you’ve the Buddha in you.

蕙志《十大愿王04》心得报告


After watching the forth video teaching by Venerable, I find that my knowledge in the Dharma teaching is still very weak. I will require to attend more Dharma teaching and practice it in my day to day life. Also the universe is unlimited and we should not to limit ourselves in anything we do in our life.  Another point in this video make me realize that I should stop think about the past experience. I should focus on the present and future.  The past will never happen again and I should seek for the current moment and move forward in anything I do. I should let go the pass and focus on present.  I should stop thinking negative and always think positive for my current job and do my best in my job. I should continue 108 bow practices everyday and learn the Pusien ten great vow. Beside the job, I can be volunteer for the Temple or do volunteer work for charity organization such as in SABS or Hoeh Beng Temple. I should become volunteer to help people we need my help and also for my own practice to learn tolerance and socialize with other volunteers. Continue learning and understand the Dharma teaching and be the good Buddhist practitioner.

蕙志《十大愿王03》心得报告


After watching the third video teaching by Venerable sharing on Buddhist teaching. Once point Venerable talk about that inspire me the most is we’re the ordinary man learning the Buddhist teaching and after we understand it, we must do it immediately. What we learn in Buddhist teaching, we’re require to take the learning into action or doing it. We must have the ‘Pu Sien Han Yong Lit’ meaning on your willingness to take action on what you learn.  I find that after learning and immediately to take action to apply your learning knowledge to your daily life. We should not procrastinate to do things which you suppose to do it or take action. Normally if you use your thinking or brain to understand but no action, that will not help you in your life.  There is also no point to learning Buddhist but no action for your Buddhist cultivation.Another point I learn from this video is live at this moment or live right now is very important in our life. Don’t think about future or expectation in the future but forget about your current moment.  We should enjoy your life right now and this is what you should enjoy and learning from the current moment. You will have your one thought at this moment and experience from it. It is same for the Buddhist cultivation where you will learn and practice at current moment and do the best at right now. Don’t thing on future which may not happen to you.  If that is any bad things happen to you, you can only repent to it and no point giving reason or feel sad in it. You will know there is karma (Yea Lit) and sometime will be rewarded cos you’ve the blessing reward (Fu Bao) from the things you do.  You should live right now at this moment and don’t bother of any bad things in future or any expectation which may happen to you. I will enjoy every moment and to be realistic in anything I do in my current life and will never set expectation or negative to my family, children, friend and social life. Live with fullness and enjoy the moment in your day to day life.

蕙志 《十大愿王02》心得报告

The second video teaching by Venerable Chuan Wen sharing on who is Pu SienPusa. Pu SienPusa is also Samantabhadra and if you want to practice Buddha teaching, you should follow the teaching of Pu SienPusa and its Ten Great Vows. Beside Pu SienPusa, they are three more Pusa who is Guan Yi Pusa, Di Zhi Wan Pusa and Wen Shu Pusa for teaching great Buddha teaching. 

Pu SienPusa guide us to live in a simple life that will help us to pursue good cultivation and practicing day to day Dhamma teaching. The guidance from Pu SienPusa “Yan Li” is you learn Dhamma, you will know Dhamma then you just practice Dhamma and your final ultimate is you want to be Buddha in you. For example of doing the 108 bows on daily basic and you should continue doing it which will help you to be strong by cultivating good Dharma and also using the Pu SienPusa Ten Great Vows in our everyday life.  

Pu SienPusa teaching on the Dhamma practitioner to have the following ‘Sheng Xin Sin Che’ heart for better Buddhist practices & cultivation in four types of heart. 1. Nien Sin – If you heart 100% in Buddhism learning, you should continue practicing it until you achieve the Buddha in you. 2. ‘Jiu Zin Sin’-the Spain master who know 12 languages said of all the 100,000 books he read, he still prefer the Buddha or Dhamma books. He still helping to translate the Pali Sanskrit language words to our common English language for us to learn Dhamma. 3. ‘Ting Sin’-can you hold on to one learning or rather then have many learning or methods which you did not master in it. 4 ‘Hui Sin’ – Wisdom and choose one method to practice it to perfect in it. 

Lastly, key note by Venerable is on the Pu SienPusa first vows to worship the Buddhas in the next session of the Pu SienPusaTen Great Vows. Also try to think that anything that happen to you is the learning to you.

蕙志《十大愿王01》心得报告

Great to have this Tea meeting session to support the new Dhamma Practitioner who have completed the 38th Dhamma Practitioner Camp - Enhancing Positive Influence at Shah Alam Buddhist Society. I find that the information shared during the first video session is useful to encourage the practitioner to continue learning and cultivating the Buddha teaching and practice good Dhamma in our everyday life. The Venerable Master and the Senior Practitioner shared their visit experience at the Emei Mountain and meeting the 106 years old monk by asking him the two questions has enlightened them on the Pu Sien Pu Sa Buddha teaching and practice the Ten Vows on their daily life. I'm inspired from this first Tea session and will continue to attend the Tea session meeting to learn more on the Pu Sien Pu Sa Ten Vows and others Dhamma teaching for the practice in compassion and wisdom to our everyday life. 

Inspiration move us forward, let start to 结界 and put in action.
