After watching the tenth video teaching by Venerable, I’ve tone down my
temper with my family. I’m able to tell myself to listen to my children's
explanation and try to not scolding them. I bond better with them and they also
like to talk to me compare to before.
Before jumping to conclusions that my children have purposely go against
me, I’m now able to accept their explanations.
I try to remember to Venerable teaching to listen before nagging.
This will also help me in my work and how I’m interact with my sales
team especially if the team didn’t meet the sales target. I will listen to the
team explanations and will not jump to the conclusion that the team is not
good. I will help and guide them to do
the work and that it will also help them to be great sales person and also our
company sales team. If they success, I will success too.
