Understand that we need to serve Buddha with our full heart, instead of serving with props. When serving, our mindset and languages are very important.
Earlier I used to notice that some people appeared to do the giving only in front of Buddha or inside the temple / at charity venue. Also realized that some of us may expect the return when doing the giving.
Since I started learning Buddhist teaching, realize most importantly is “wisdom”.
