瑞銑《十大愿王11》心得报告

People like to make their own judgements and praise self. However, I now try to make less negative judgements on others and give the benefit of doubt on those whom I’ve earlier disagree with.  With this, I find myself feeling less stress and less irritated on an  unpleasant experience.  My expectations are lower and I can focus on how to improve on the issue rather than find fault.

That is wonderful! When you think of improvement, it means “how can I help?”, it is the bodhisattva action.
