Last Friday aware that my client first time engaged
another trainer (competitor).
Thereafter, I asked for client feedback about the training when I was at
client premise. The person that given me
the feedback do not like me, and kept telling me lots of good things about the
trainer, and bad things about myself.
Inside my heart, I felt uneasy as there are still other
clients selected me as their Trainer every time.
While receiving the feedback, I listened and tried to
understand what actually went wrong with me.
Was the client not happy because of my training approach? Was it due to
lack of my knowledge or skills when conducting training? Was it due to not meeting training objectives
at all?
After listened all constructive feedback, I walk to their
office and sit down. Took out my diaries and started list down all
feedback. A bit upset, but I know this
is the life journey. No matter how, I must accept first and then analyze
whether valid or not.
Finally list down my action plans. Kept telling myself: I
must stay stronger. Decided to improve tomorrow training for another client.
