In the
video, Shifu mentioned that we have to do the 108 bows to repent as the
rewards that we have now is often due to our karma. We do have bad karma that
we have to ‘pay back’ and by doing the 108 bows and repent is the way to be on
the right path. I have not been diligently doing the 108 bows, but I will push
myself to do it daily.
【So you must 结界 to do 108 bows. Then, you
will be on the right path.】
